Practice Administrator
Darlyne considers it a true blessing to be part of this wonderful practice for over 30 years! She loves to serve our patients with Aloha in every way possible. She thanks God for her wonderful husband, three healthy children, work that she loves, and living in our beautiful Hawaii. She enjoys spending time with her ohana, her friends, and traveling.
Verna
Dental Hygienist
Verna has been with us for over 30 years, since 1992! She enjoys seeing and visiting with her long-time patients who have become her friends. She loves catching up on their lives. Verna and her husband have two adult sons who make her so proud! Her favorite pastimes include traveling, reading, working in her garden, and spending time with her friends and family.
Remy
Lead Dental Assistant
Remy joined our team in 2011 and looks forward to a long career with us. She always treats her patients the way she wants to be treated. Remy is thankful to work with a team that brings out her best: self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, and hard-working. She often visits the big island to visit with her son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Senior Dental Assistant
Since joining us in 2006, Mercedes has seen so many patients that had high anxiety and fear transform into happier and more confident individuals. She takes pride in being a part of and witnessing this amazing change in their lives. Mercedes enjoyed the busy life as the mother of a gymnast and now cheers for her daughter as she works and attends college in Seattle.

Janet has been with us since 2001 and considers this her dental ohana! She enjoys building close relationships with our patients and providing world-class service for their health and well-being. A world traveler who enjoys exploring other cultures and the mother of a son, she enjoys surfing off Waikiki Beach at sunrise and planning events with her loved ones.
Moira
Business Assistant
Moira joined our kind and supportive team in 2021. She does her best to make our patients feel comfortable and cared for. She has extensive experience as a retail manager and seeks to give our patients the very best customer service experience. Moira is a foodie and loves trying new food at new places! She also enjoys reading and gaming.
Yucong (Nikki) Fan, NSSA®
Insurance Specialist
Nikki has been in the insurance industry for about 10 years. She enjoys helping seniors and often volunteers her time at senior centers. She was born and raised in Zhenjiang, located in the Jiangsu Province of southern China; and immigrated to Hawaii in 2009. Nikki is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese. She enjoys the outdoors and nature and is a member of the Hawaii Trail and Mountain Club and the Chinese Tea Club of Hawaii. She enjoys traveling and hiking in her free time.

Have you ever thought how amazing it is to work at a job where you never thought you’d see yourself working, but then it turns out it’s really not that bad, and you end up enjoying it? True story because I’m living that way now! Hello! Nice to meet you! It’s been a great honor to be working at such a spectacular dental office since February 6, 2023. It’s only been a few months, and I am already learning so much from great teachers (which is everyone here) who are patient and very understanding. I have great respect for them because I know they are guiding me to be a great dental assistant. The best part about my job is to listen, comprehend, build relationships, and be part of the reason why patients are happy with their smile and teeth. What I like to do outside dentistry is going out to the beach, going to the gym, playing basketball, making bracelets, and karaoke. It’s a lot of hobbies, but I like to keep myself active and busy.
