Practice Administrator
Darlyne considers it a true blessing to be part of this wonderful practice for over 30 years! She loves to serve our patients with Aloha in every way possible. She thanks God for her wonderful husband, three healthy children, work that she loves, and living in our beautiful Hawaii. She enjoys spending time with her ohana, her friends, and traveling.
Verna
Dental Hygienist
Verna has been with us for over 30 years, since 1992! She enjoys seeing and visiting with her long-time patients who have become her friends. She loves catching up on their lives. Verna and her husband have two adult sons who make her so proud! Her favorite pastimes include traveling, reading, working in her garden, and spending time with her friends and family.
Remy
Lead Dental Assistant
Remy joined our team in 2011 and looks forward to a long career with us. She always treats her patients the way she wants to be treated. Remy is thankful to work with a team that brings out her best: self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, and hard-working. She often visits the big island to visit with her son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
Mercedes
Senior Dental Assistant
Since joining us in 2006, Mercedes has seen so many patients that had high anxiety and fear transform into happier and more confident individuals. She takes pride in being a part of and witnessing this amazing change in their lives. Mercedes enjoyed the busy life as the mother of a gymnast and now cheers for her daughter as she works and attends college in Seattle.

Dental Hygienist
Janet has been with us since 2001 and considers this her dental ohana! She enjoys building close relationships with our patients and providing world-class service for their health and well-being. A world traveler who enjoys exploring other cultures and the mother of a son, she enjoys surfing off Waikiki Beach at sunrise and planning events with her loved ones.
Moira
Business Assistant
Moira joined our kind and supportive team in 2021. She does her best to make our patients feel comfortable and cared for. She has extensive experience as a retail manager and seeks to give our patients the very best customer service experience. Moira is a foodie and loves trying new food at new places! She also enjoys reading and gaming.
Yucong (Nikki) Fan, NSSA®
Insurance Specialist
Nikki has been in the insurance industry for about 10 years. She enjoys helping seniors and often volunteers her time at senior centers. She was born and raised in Zhenjiang, located in the Jiangsu Province of southern China; and immigrated to Hawaii in 2009. Nikki is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese. She enjoys the outdoors and nature and is a member of the Hawaii Trail and Mountain Club and the Chinese Tea Club of Hawaii. She enjoys traveling and hiking in her free time.
Jamie
Dental Hygienist
With 17 years of experience in the dental field, Jamie Curley’s passion for oral health began with her own transformation. She started her career as an Orthodontic Assistant after seeing firsthand how a beautiful smile boosted her confidence. That experience inspired her to do even more for her patients, leading her to Old Dominion University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
Jamie is a firm believer that education is key to a healthy smile. She loves empowering patients with the tools and knowledge they need to feel confident in their home care. If she sees a way to benefit a patient’s oral health, she shares it. Her goal is for every patient to leave her chair not only with a cleaner smile, but also with the excitement and know-how to maintain it. She strives to make every visit a positive, caring experience patients can genuinely look forward to.
Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys exploring the outdoors—hiking, camping, and traveling to experience new cuisines. At home, she loves relaxing with her husband, Matt, and their cat, Macy.
Joan
Dental Assistant
Joan has been a valued member of our team since February 6, 2023. In a short time, she’s gained a strong foundation by learning from the experienced team around her, and she’s grateful for the patient, supportive environment that helps her grow as a dental assistant.
What Joan enjoys most is connecting with patients—listening closely, building trust, and helping create the kind of comfortable experience that leaves people feeling confident about their smiles.
Outside of the office, Joan loves staying active and creative. You’ll often find her at the beach or the gym, playing basketball, making bracelets, or enjoying a fun night of karaoke.
Addy
Dental Assistant
Addy is a passionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with nearly three decades of experience in dentistry. She began her career after training at Heald College, and she still loves what first drew her to the field: helping solve problems and seeing the immediate, positive difference it makes for patients. For Addy, there’s nothing better than watching someone leave the chair with a healthier smile and renewed confidence.
Originally from California, Addy now calls Hawaiʻi home. She’s been happily married for 10 years and is a proud parent of two children.
Addy’s approach to patient care is simple—treat everyone like family. She believes trust is built through clear communication, active listening, and genuinely compassionate care. Her goal is to help patients feel comfortable, understood, and supported every step of the way—because to Addy, it’s never just about the teeth, it’s about the person.
Outside the office, Addy loves exploring the world and experiencing new cultures. She’s also deeply passionate about rescuing animals and giving them the second chance they deserve.
