  • Don’t Over Do The Sugar – Sugar blends in with the bacteria in your mouth and can lead to cavities and other oral health problems. Limit how much you indulge and brush 30 minutes after your treat. 
  • Visit the Dentist Twice a Year – We encourage you to visit us every six months for a cleaning and exam. It allows us to check for any signs of concern and give you a thorough cleaning, getting rid of lingering tartar and plaque.
