Can I be seen today?
Same-day visits may be available. Call for the earliest available visit, or send us an appointment request. We’ll respond as soon as possible during office hours and work with you to confirm a time.
Do you accept QUEST or Medicaid?
We don’t accept QUEST / Medicaid, so services at our office would be paid out of pocket. If you’d like to use your covered benefits, you may wish to find a participating QUEST / Medicaid provider. If you’re considering self-pay care with us, we’re happy to talk through costs and payment options.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
You’re welcome here. We’ll explain the cost of the emergency evaluation and discuss payment options with you. After your exam, we’ll walk through any recommended treatment and its estimated cost so you can plan comfortably.
What will happen at my first visit?
We’ll listen to your concerns, examine the problem area, and explain what we find. Your dentist will talk through what can be done at that visit and help arrange any follow-up care, with your comfort and longer-term dental health in mind.
I’m anxious or embarrassed. Can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us what worries you when you call. We’ll listen without judgment, explain each step, and discuss ways to help you feel more comfortable. You can also ask about sedation options so we can plan together.
Can you become my regular dental office?
We’d love to be your dental home. After taking care of the immediate concern, we’ll help you schedule a comprehensive exam and build a plan for ongoing preventive and restorative care. As we get to know you, we can tailor your care to your health, comfort, priorities, and budget.
What if the office is closed?
Online requests are reviewed during office business hours. If you call while we’re away, please leave a message. We’ll return calls and respond to requests as soon as we’re back in the office and able to help.
For trouble breathing or swallowing, severe facial swelling or injury, or bleeding that won’t stop, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
