Start with what you need

A solution for your missing teeth.

You do not need to know which treatment to choose. We will explain the options that fit your mouth and your priorities.

01 / ONE MISSING TOOTH

Single-tooth implants

An implant and custom crown replace one missing tooth. We plan the position, bite, and appearance together, from the start.

A fixed replacement for an individual gap.

02 / SEVERAL MISSING TEETH

Multiple-tooth implants

Individual implants or an implant-supported bridge may replace several teeth. The right approach depends on the spacing, bone, and bite.

A plan tailored to the teeth you are missing.

03 / A LOOSE DENTURE

Implants for denture stability

Locator attachments can help a removable denture snap onto implants. We evaluate whether your existing denture can be adapted or a new one is needed.

A removable option with added retention.

Need to replace a full arch? We can also discuss fixed full-arch options. Explore full-arch implants.

A patient treatment example

An implant bridge, before and after.

An implant-supported bridge replaced upper teeth that could not be saved because of gum disease.

A more connected experience

From planning to your final smile.

We plan the surgical and restorative steps together. Most patients can have implant placement, restoration, and follow-up coordinated by our team in the same office.

When needed and appropriate, Dr. David also performs bone grafting and sinus procedures in-house. If specialist care is the better choice for your situation, we will explain why and help coordinate it.

What that means for you

Know what to expect

Start with a conversation.

01

Talk through your goals

Tell us what bothers you, what you want to change, and any concerns about time, cost, or comfort.

02

Understand your options

We evaluate your needs and discuss any imaging required, treatment alternatives, and a personalized estimate.

03

Plan the next steps

If you choose treatment, we explain the sequence, healing time, and follow-up before you begin.

Ask our team what the free consultation includes and whether any additional diagnostic records carry a separate fee.

Costs & payment options

Your plan. Your estimate.
No guessing.

Implant care is not one-size-fits-all. The number of implants, type of replacement teeth, and any preparatory treatment affect the total cost.

We will walk you through your options and provide a personalized estimate before you commit. Ask about available payment arrangements and financing; eligibility and terms apply.

What goes into your estimate?

  • The implant or implants
  • The abutment and crown, bridge, or denture attachments
  • Any extractions, grafting, or sinus treatment
  • Diagnostic imaging and comfort options, if needed

Insurance benefits vary by plan. We can help review the benefits available to you.

Feeling nervous?

We can take this
one step at a time.

Let us know if dental visits make you anxious. We can explain each step, discuss local anesthesia, and review whether oral sedation or nitrous oxide is appropriate for you.

We will also discuss what to expect afterward and how to manage discomfort during healing.

A few common questions

Let’s make things clearer.

That depends on your oral health, bone support, medical history, and goals. An evaluation helps us determine whether implants are appropriate and whether any treatment is needed first.

Most implant care is completed here, including placement and restoration. Dr. David also provides grafting and sinus procedures when appropriate. Some situations benefit from specialist care; we will discuss that with you if it applies.

Treatment often involves several stages and months of healing. Extractions, grafting, and your individual healing response can change the schedule. We will explain your expected timeline and any temporary-tooth options before treatment.

A Locator denture snaps onto attachments and is removed by you for daily cleaning. Fixed implant teeth are attached to implants and are not routinely removed by you. Both require home care and professional maintenance.

Sometimes. We need to assess its fit, condition, design, and the space available for attachments. Some dentures can be adapted; others need replacement.

Implants need daily cleaning and regular professional care. Crowns and denture attachments may need repair or replacement over time. Risks include infection, implant failure, and injury to nearby structures. We will discuss the risks relevant to your treatment.

Yes. We welcome implant consultations and second opinions. Bring any treatment plan or recent records you already have so we can discuss your options and any additional information needed.
